1. Website use and eligibility

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purchasing, product research and support enquiries. You must provide accurate information and must not interfere with site security, availability, pricing, content, accounts or order processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any customer account and for activity performed through it. Contact SR Power promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authorization.

2. Product information, compatibility and advice

SR Power works to keep product titles, specifications, images, datasheets, warranty information and compatibility guidance accurate. Manufacturers may revise products or documentation without notice, and screen colours or images may not exactly represent the delivered item.

Published website information is general product guidance and does not replace a site survey, electrical design, manufacturer instruction or qualified installation assessment.

3. Orders, preorders and confirmation

Submitting checkout details creates an order request. SR Power may contact you to verify identity, delivery location, stock, system compatibility, price, delivery cost and any installation or service requirement before accepting or processing the order.

• Cash on Delivery is the website payment method unless SR Power separately confirms another authorized arrangement.
• Items marked for preorder or temporarily unavailable remain subject to stock arrival and final confirmation.
• An order may be declined or cancelled when information is incomplete, the product is unavailable, pricing is materially incorrect, delivery is not feasible, fraud is suspected, or the requested configuration is unsafe or incompatible.
• Do not make payment to an unverified personal account or channel. Use only payment instructions directly confirmed by SR Power.

Customers should review name, phone, address, product, quantity and configuration details before submission. Repeated refusal of confirmed deliveries or misuse of the ordering system may result in order restrictions.

4. Pricing, stock and promotions

Prices and availability may change because of supplier pricing, foreign-exchange movement, tax, logistics, stock condition or manufacturer revision. A displayed price does not obligate SR Power to supply an item where the listing contains a clear error or the item is unavailable.

Promotions, package pricing, quotations and special offers apply only within their stated conditions and availability. Unless expressly included, installation materials, transport, civil work, wiring, accessories and on-site services are separate.

5. Delivery, inspection and risk

Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by location, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, stock arrival, road conditions or events outside reasonable control. SR Power will not treat an estimated date as a guaranteed deadline unless expressly confirmed in writing.

At delivery, check the package, model, quantity and visible condition before installation or use. Report a wrong, incomplete, visibly damaged or transit-damaged delivery promptly through the official contact channels and preserve the packaging, invoice and supporting photos or video.

6. Installation, warranty and after-sales service

Product warranty is determined by the applicable product listing, invoice, warranty record, manufacturer terms and SR Power's confirmed service conditions. Warranty is separate from the Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty may not cover damage caused by incorrect sizing, reverse polarity, overvoltage, short circuit, unauthorized repair, physical damage, water or fire exposure, improper storage, unsuitable wiring or protection, misuse, accident, force majeure, or installation contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Keep the invoice, order number, serial number and warranty documentation. SR Power may require inspection, diagnostic evidence or delivery of the product to an approved service location before deciding a warranty claim.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the separate Return & Refund Policy. No employee or third party may create a different commitment unless it is confirmed through an authorized SR Power record.

8. Intellectual property and third-party materials

SR Power website design, original text, graphics and compiled content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission. Product names, logos, datasheets and trademarks belong to their respective owners and may be used for identification and information.

Links or documents from manufacturers and third parties are provided for convenience. SR Power is not responsible for changes to an external site or document outside its control.

9. Responsibility and limitation

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SR Power is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, incompatible design, unauthorized installation, customer-supplied information, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control.

The customer remains responsible for safe site conditions, accurate load information, lawful use, qualified installation and compliance with applicable electrical and building requirements.

10. Changes, severability and applicable law

SR Power may update these terms when services, law or operating practices change. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The parties should first attempt to resolve a concern through SR Power's official support channels before pursuing any remedy available under applicable law.
